Around 1am the camp wakes into the dark. No warning. Three tribes must find the vaccine hidden inside the perimeter before dawn. Two infected tribes will do everything to stop them.
The infected win by misdirection. By turning others with a token passed in secret. Someone you ate dinner with an hour ago is now working against you. You won't know who until it's too late.
Someone gets betrayed by the person they trusted most. Someone surprises themselves with who they protect. The lost sleep and the adrenaline are not a flaw. They are the point.
